Bloomsburg Falls to East Stroudsburg in Men's Soccer

EAST STROUDSBURG -- The Bloomsburg University men's soccer team lost to East Stroudsburg 2-1 on Wednesday night. The game was the first night game ever for the Warriors.
East Stroudsburg got on the board first when Roshane Ellison scored unassisted in the 23rd minute. The game stayed scoreless through the remainder of the first half and for the first 13 minutes of the second half before the Huskies Christian Rota (Langhorne/Neshaminy) scored off a Tom Kovack (Croydon/Conwell-Egan Catholic) assist in the 58th minute of play.
The Warriors, though, got the game winning goal on a corner kick in the 71st minute when Jason Rudder took a pass from Toric Robinson and scored.
Bloomsburg falls to 0-2, 0-2 in the PSAC, while East Stroudsburg improves to 3-0, 2-0 in the PSAC. The Huskies return to action on Saturday at Slippery Rock.
